of Use

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tv99 game website, mobile application, and all associated services available at tv99game.com.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" means any PKR funds deposited into your Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Pakistan Payment Methods" means Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, and any other PKR payment channel supported by the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is illegal or requires a specific licence not held by tv99 game.

You are only eligible to register and use the tv99 game Platform if you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. tv99 game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any PKR balances held within them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tv99 game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
• tv99 game may require identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage.
• Accounts created with false information may be suspended without prior notice.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the Account and the payment methods linked to it.

All financial transactions on the tv99 game Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tv99 game does not apply transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported Pakistan Payment Methods. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform verification. tv99 game reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request exceeding 50,000 PKR.

tv99 game offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.

Random Number Generation: All electronic casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independent of previous rounds, and no system or strategy can guarantee a win. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Live Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tv99 game Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other players.

tv99 game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed.
• Requested KYC documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious financial activity or potential money laundering is detected.
• A chargeback is initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, any PKR balance remaining may be forfeited at tv99 game's discretion. Where the closure is initiated by the Player for non-breach reasons, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.

• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to permanent closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tv99 game, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party Pakistan Payment Method providers.
• Any financial losses arising from wagering activities conducted on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of the tv99 game Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tv99 game takes data protection seriously and applies industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information.

tv99 game reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and tv99 game arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the Platform's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from the support team. tv99 game will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Game Outcome Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round, the decision of tv99 game's technical systems and server logs shall be final. All game outcomes are recorded and can be independently audited upon request.
